Processing your order
Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24 working hours of placing the order, but processing time can take longer during busy periods.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail)
Our standard delivery service uses the Royal Mail 48 service, we normally expects to deliver within 3-5 working days of your order. The service can take longer during busier times.
Express Delivery (DPD)
Our Express delivery option uses the DPD Next Day service, which will deliver your parcel on the next working day. Note that our working days are Monday – Friday, but DPD may attempt to deliver on Saturday. If you place your order before our our Express Delivery cut-off time of 2pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next day. If you place your order before 12noon on Friday, DPD will try and deliver your order on Saturday although this is not guaranteed. If you place your order at any time between 12noon on Friday and 2pm on Monday, your parcel will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you are not in when we try to deliver, a card will be left. Please follow the instructions on the card.

Shipping Costs
- Standard Royal Mail delivery: 3 – 5 days – £2.50 for orders under £30, Free for orders over £30.
- Express DPD Delivery: Next working day – £5.99 (UK Mainland only).
- Orders will be delivered Monday – Saturday (except bank and public holidays)
*Delivery is currently only available to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.
